A lifelong resident of the Springfield area, Monte is committed to helping clients and business owners with their financial needs. In addition to his role as President and CEO, Monte serves on the board of directors for Guaranty Bank. He is very active in the community, currently serving as a board member for Hickory Hills Country Club and Care to Learn. Monte has served on numerous local community boards, including the Lost and Found Grief Center, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Discovery Center of the Ozarks. Monte received his bachelor's in finance and MBA from Missouri State University.

Becky has been a commercial lender in the Springfield market for 19 years. She graduated from Missouri Southern State College with a B.S. in Economics and Finance. She has served as a Commissioner for the Housing Authority of Springfield. She has been involved with United Way of the Ozarks, American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the State of Missouri Blue Ribbon Panel for MHDC Tax Credit review. Becky is a volunteer for the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.

Eric has been in commercial banking for 15 years and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Missouri State University. Eric is very involved in the community, including currently serving as the Vice President of the Board for CASA of Southwest Missouri, Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of Springfield, and a Westside Optimist Club member.

Marc has been a commercial banker in the Springfield area for 16 years, dealing with clients in all aspects of commercial lending. He played basketball and graduated from Drury University with a B.S. in Public Relations, and also holds an MBA from Henderson State University. Marc is very involved in the community. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Springfield Southeast, current President of the Foundation for Springfield Public Schools, serves on the Springfield Sports Commission Board of Directors and is a member of the Young Professionals Council for CoxHealth.

Adam has more than 13 years of commercial banking experience, with the majority of his career spent focused on the development of commercial and multifamily residential real estate assets. He specializes in developments which utilize various governmental subsidies, including housing and historic tax credits, while pairing both debt and equity financing options. As a result of his expertise with these types of developments, Adam has advocated for the expansion of safe affordable housing options for low to moderate income families through various advocacy groups at local and regional levels. Adam has a BS from Pittsburg State University and an MBA from Missouri State University.

Heather oversees Private Banking services for the bank. She has more than 25 years of banking experience, including private banking, commercial and consumer lending, as well as retail management. Heather currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Springfield Southeast Endowment, Inc., and the City Utilities Citizens' Advisory Council. She was named one of Springfield Business Journal's, "Most Influential Women" in 2012, an SBJ "40 Under 40" honoree in 2004, and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class XV.

Brandon has been in banking for 17 years. He is a commercial lender who works with small business owners and professionals to assist them with their lending and personal banking needs. He graduated from Missouri State University. Brandon’s community involvement includes Ducks Unlimited, Springfield Area Baseball Association Treasurer and he is a Missouri State University Baseball Alumni.

Bryan has 13 years of banking experience in the Springfield market. He graduated from Missouri State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. As a Springfield native, Bryan is involved in the community, including currently serving on the Lost and Found Grief Center junior board. Bryan is committed to helping clients and business owners with their financial needs.

Brian Zumwalt serves as Vice President of Consumer Lending for Guaranty Bank. Brian has 22 years of experience in banking, including consumer lending and management. Brian is a graduate of Missouri State University and enjoys giving back to his community, having been involved as a volunteer with United Way, Junior Achievement, and the Think Big Foundation.

Amy brings the Guaranty team over 30 years of experience in commercial and consumer lending, operations, bank finance/accounting, compliance, retail, and trust banking. She holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration with emphasis in accounting, and her graduate degree from the University of Colorado. Amy currently serves as President of the Board for the Marshfield R-1 School District and is on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Marshfield. She was named one of Springfield Business Journal’s Most Influential Women in 2014. Marshfield Mail Readers Choice named her Best Overall Businesswoman in Webster County in 2014 and Best Loan Officer in Webster County in 2021.
